Dana and Nancy Hanson have been married 34 years and reside in Winnetka, CA. They have three adult children, Kristina (Sean) Herman and daughters Kaylee, Elise, and Alexis, and twin sons, Gregory (Becca) and David.

Dana has been a pastor at LIFEhouse Church for 38 years, serving as senior pastor since 1996.
Dana was a personal student and friend of Dallas Willard for over 12 years, and is author of Reboot: 70 Life Lessons with Dallas Willard (Good Son Books, Anaheim, 2015).Ā Dana is also the creator of theĀ How To Be A Christian Without Being A Jerk!Ā series,Ā endorsed by Dallas.
